Mar. 19, – 4 pm:  A Tribute to Black Composers” Unity Temple on the Plaza, 707 W. 47th .  In conjunction with the 15 and the Mahomies Foundation,“A Tribute to Black Composers” concert performers include Angela Hagenbach, David Basse, Lori Tucker, and City Light Jazz Orchestra with The JWB, a popular Kansas City jazz fusion group. The show, created for the 2022 Sunflower Music Festival, is a history of Black songwriting and publishing in the 20th century.
