If so, there’s a workshop coming up that you don’t want to miss. The Driver’s License Suspension and Revocation Workshop will be Sat., Sept. 16 at the Atwater Recreation Center, 2755 E. 19th St. N from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Attendees will learn how 2021 Senate Bill 127 helps you get your right to drive back.
You will learn about:
A hardship application and whether you qualify;
The status of your license and the steps that come next;
The Wichita Municipal Court walk-in docket, what you need to bring with you and how it works, and
How to find an attorney.
Presenters at the workshop include Sen. Oletha Faust-Goudeau, Lacey Black from the Kansas Department of Revenue, Robert Moody, attorney at law, Sedgwick County and Wichita Municipal Traffic judges and representatives from the Wichita Police and Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Departments.
