The Kansas State Branches of the NAACP, Kansas Black Legislative Caucus, the Kansas African American Affairs Commission, and the Kansas Black Leadership Council are hosting the annual Black Legislative Day on February 19 to discuss and advocate for issues affecting the Black community in Kansas.
