KC Nonprofit Starts ‘Food Fight’ to Combat Rising Hunger

Bishop Sullivan Center has launched its annual Food Fight campaign, aiming to raise $40,000 to combat rising hunger in the urban core – where their community kitchen has already served 26% more meals than 2023.

Understanding Missouri’s New Distracted Driving Law

Enforcement of a new Missouri law will penalize drivers for using their cell phones while the car is moving. The law has been in place since late 2023, with a warning only policy. Now, the law is in full effect.
