Johnson, this event will provide access to resources and a community listening space to elevate the voices, priorities, and ideas for solutions communicated by Black Kansans from across the state and within all counties of Congressional District 4 (which includes residents residing in the following counties in the Wichita metro area: Butler, Chautauqua, Cherokee,, Cowley, Elk, Harvey, Kingman, Montgomery, Sedgwick, Sumner.
