    Kevin Myles is a nationally respected civil rights advocate and strategist who leads community organizing and advocacy training in Wichita through his nonprofit, Community First, Inc. The cohort functions as a long-term educational program where local residents are trained in the fundamentals of civic engagement. This includes teaching participants how to power-map local institutions, conduct data-driven research, and execute strategic advocacy campaigns.
