Wichita’s BlackOut ICT Awards Show made a grand return with Wichita’s who’s who in attendance and dressed to empress.

The third BlackOut ICT awards show, recognized the outstanding achievements of Wichta’s Black professionals, was held Sat., Sept. 7 and recognized winners in 30 categories.

After selling out the Crown Uptown Theater last time out, the awards program moved to a bigger venue – Wichita State University’s Metroplex. Check out these photo and the complete list of winners.
