If so, you could benefit from a workshop on Nov. 18 at the Urban League of Kansas Office, 2418 E. Ninth St., Wichita. 

The Urban League is partnering with All State Insurance –Kevin “Scooby” – Hutchins Agency, J. Bias Real Estate and Consumer Credit Counseling Service to present the workshop which will run from  9 a.m. to noon.

There are $25 scholarships available to make the workshop available at no cost.

During the workshop, you can learn about the home buying process, mortgage loans, how to get qualified, home insurance, the closing cost process and more.
