Fitness Start: I got my fitness start in 2017 using Herbalife products. My nutrition coach took the time to really explain nutrition to me, the difference between weight loss and fat loss, and the importance of strength training. Once I locked in on these things the game changed for me and I went from 220 pounds to now being able to stabilize my weight with my consistency and dedication between 155-160.
Motivation: Being an example for my kids, mentally, physically, and spiritually.
