We sadly announce the passing today of community activist Treatha Brown Foster who passed earlier today. Treatha was a long-term president of the Northeast Mill-Air Neighborhood Association and an active member of both Kansas and Sedgwick County Black Republicans.
You could always count on Treatha to speak on issues at both the local and state level. She was a well respected advocate who received considerable recognition for her service on both a local and national level.
