It feels like just yesterday your Kansas City Chiefs were winning their third SuperBowl, but the NFL Draft is fast approaching. For the first time, Kansas City hosts the NFL Draft, and you can take part in the free 3-day event at Union Station.

Registration opened this week to get free access to the 2023 NFL Draft. Fans who want to attend the event can register for free access at NFL.com/DraftAccess or by downloading the NFL OnePass app at NFL.com/OnePass.

The event takes place in the area surrounding Union Station and the National WWI Museum and Memorial from Apr. 27 to  29.

To celebrate the next generation of football, the NFL has an interactive football theme park called the 2023 NFL Draft Experience, which will be located on the south side of Liberty Memorial during all three days of the draft. Fans can participate in immersive exhibits, take photos with the Lombardi Trophy, and enjoy the youth-focused Play 60 Zone.

The Draft Experience will also feature an elevated food and beverage exhibition highlighting local vendors and tapping into the Kansas City flavor of BBQ and pitmaster cuisine.

Draft Experience Hours

• Thurs, Apr. 27: 12 to 10 p.m.

• Fri, Apr. 28: 12 to 10 p.m.

• Sat. Apr. 29: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

On Saturday, April 29, there will be a unique pitmaster showcase on the north lawn of Liberty Memorial from 12 to 5 p.m. Additionally, Draft Experience attendees can score free autographs from current NFL players and legends at the autograph stage.

The NFL Draft Theater will act as the hub for fan viewing of all draft activities and will stand directly in front of Union Station. General fan viewing is standing room only and will be on a first-come, first-served basis on the north lawn of Liberty Memorial. The draft theater will not be visible from the Draft Experience on the south side of the National WWI Museum and Memorial. However, the draft will be broadcasted on multiple screens throughout the Draft Experience site.

At the conclusion of each day of the draft, the NFL will host free concerts in the Draft Theater as part of the NFL Draft Concert Series presented by Bud Light. Concert viewing is on a first-come, first-served basis, and standing room only. Headliners will be announced at a later date.

The draft selections begin at 7 p.m. on Thurs, Apr. 27, 6 p.m. Fri. Apr. 28,  and 11 a.m. Sat, Apr. 29. Fans who download the NFL OnePass app to play games at the 2023 NFL Draft Experience receive digital content and enter for a chance to win exclusive prizes, including a grand prize trip for two to Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas.

The 2023 NFL Draft is a fully accessible event, and the NFL Draft will be broadcast live on NFL Network, ABC, ESPN, and ESPN Deportes.
