Jonathan McRoy is a newly appointed member of the Kansas African American Affairs Commission. The commission members devise strategies to address the public policy concerns of the African-American community through its partnerships with the state agencies, corporations and foundations. A decorated veteran of the U.S. Air Force, McRoy is an adjunct faculty in the Division of Profesional Studes at Butler Community College and works as a Leadership and Performance Improvement Trainer for the U.S. Air Force.
