CBS News and the Congressional Black Caucus Institute will co-host the 10th Democratic presidential primary debate scheduled for February 25 at the Gaillard Center in Charleston, South Carolina.

In addition to airing on CBS television, the debate will be streamed live on CBSN, CBS News’ 24/7 streaming news service. 

Moderators and qualifying candidates for the debate still have not been announced. 

The debate is time to take place just days before South Carolina’s 2020 Democratic presidential primary on Feb. 29.  Twitter is also a partner in the debate.
