The community is invited to attend the screening of “BOSS: The Black Experience in Business” and the opening exhibit reception for “No Turning Back: The Growth of Black Female Entrepreneurs” on Mon., Feb. 3, 5:30 p.m. at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kanas City, 1 Memorial Drive, KCMO.
“BOSS: The Black Experience in Business” is the untold story of African-American entrepreneurship.
“No Turning Back: The Growth of Black Female Entrepreneurs” highlights the research conducted by the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City on the characteristics, challenges and trends for Black women business owners in the U.S.
The evening begins with a reception 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. Remarks and the screening are 6:30 – 9 p.m. The event is free, but registration is required at http://frbkc.custhelp.com/ci/documents/detail/2/.
