If elected mayor, what are the top three things that you will do that you believe will have the most positive impact on Wichita’s African-American community?

I believe that the top three things that will have an impact on the African-American community in Wichita are: communication, transportation, and increased access to health services.

Communication – The biggest part of my campaign is that I’m running as a citizen for the citizens, and I want the citizens to know that their voices will matter, whether it be matters in the local government, law enforcement, and/or community.

Transportation – If elected, I plan to explore and implement an upgrade to the bus lines, especially streamlining their routes and times to include later routes (for 2nd and 3rd shift workers) and Sunday service

Health Services – We need to take care of all of our citizens, from all walks of life, and that includes providing HIV screenings, mental health screenings and proper counseling/social services for drug addiction.
