Donnie McClurkin, who is known world-wide for his raspy tenor voice, is much more than an award winning Gospel Performer.  He owns his own record label, Camden Records that also markets his Donnie McClurkin Ministry Series.  He’s Senior Pastor of Perfecting Faith Church in Freeport, N. Y. and Donnie McClurkins’s Syndicated Radio Show is topping the ratings in some of the country’s largest markets.  However with the Festival of Praise you really want Donnie the singer, writer and producer of great songs like “Stand,” “We Fall Down,” and “Great is Your Mercy,” and that’s what you’ll get, and more. 

Fred Hammond, is a native of Detroit Michigan, but currently resides in Dallas, TX.  Like McClurkin, Fred grew up in the church, He learned the music business from the Winans who grew up in his neighborhood.  He started his recording careers with the group Commissioned in the early 80s before striking out on his solo career in 1991.  Since then, his long list of songs has become staples for choirs and Gospel Groups across the world.  Songs like NO Weapon, We’re Blessed and You are the Living Word, Glory to Glory are always congregation pleasers. 

Casey J Grew up singing in church choirs in Atlanta and continued her church singing as an adult. She was a math teacher at Georgia Connections Academy Charter School in Duluth and sang as a worship leader at the Fresh Start Church in Duluth on Sunday mornings. 

Her career took off when her pastor heard her sing Will Reagan’s tune “Gill Me UP” and it received such a positive response that the church’s pastor decided to have Casey record the song.  It was released to the radio in spring 2014 and it went all the way to number one on the US. Billboard Gospel Airplay chart.  The song was featured on her debut album, The Truth, released in April 2015 and it went to number 1 on the billboard Top Gospel Albums chart. 

The Chicago Defender described her as “Gospel’s newest darling.”

Israel Houghton is a prolific worship leader, musician, songwriter, producer, and recording artist whos music ministry has spanned 25 years. Israel is the recipient of five Grammy Awards, 13 Dove Awards, two Stellar Awards, a Soul Train Music Award, and many more. In 1995, Israel formed New Breed Ministries that gave way to his debut release in 1997, Whisper It Loud.

Since that time, Israel has released 11 solo and group albums, and has consistently been a commercial success with Billboard chart toppers New Season, Power Of One, and Jesus At The Center. He achieved Gold-selling albums with Alive In South Africa and Live From Another Level.

Until recently Houghton was worship leader for Joe Osteen’s Lakewood Church. 

Regina Belle is known to many because of her nearly 25 years as a Grammy award-winning singer/songwriter.  Her powerful voice was and still is memorable.  But in 2008, after an award winning career in secular music, Regina went back to her roots and released her first Gospel album, “Love SForever Shines.”
