Left-turn restrictions will soon be implemented at the busy Kellogg and Webb Road interchange to protect construction workers and motorists as the freeway project moves forward.

Motorists headed westbound on Kellogg and northbound and southbound Webb Road will have left turns restricted at the Kellogg-Webb intersection beginning March 26, weather permitting.

Left turns will remain available for eastbound Kellogg motorists until otherwise noted.  Proper notification will be provided prior to such restrictions.

Also, between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m. during the week of March 28 through April 1, nighttime construction will reduce Kellogg to one lane in each direction. And beginning March 25, the speed limits will be reduced to 40 mph on Kellogg and 30 mph on Webb Road throughout the construction zone. The speed-zone reductions will remain reduced until completion of the project.
