A new play, “Horse Power: Tom Bass’ American Story”, running at The Coterie Theatre from Sept. 11 to Oct. 6, highlights the life of Tom Bass, a formerly enslaved man who became a celebrated horseman, while connecting his legacy to contemporary racial issues.
