Third-generation nurse Jenifer Phelps grew up in the midst of nursing, and has since become a nurse manager for the Medical Intensive Care Unit and Trauma Surgical Intensive Care Unit at Ascension Via Christi St. Francis, juggling her career with her family responsibilities.
