Kansas Senator Oletha Faust-Goudeau is encouraging activists to get organized to push for changes in laws when the state legislature convenes in January, and she plans to work hard on two issues of major concern to the Black Community: racial inequity in fees, fines and bail bonds and changes to the state’s “Stand Your Ground” law.
