5. Biden Has Been Diagnosed With Aggressive Prostate Cancer
Biden was seen by doctors last week after urinary symptoms and a prostate nodule were found.
Defense Department Accepts Boeing 747 From Qatar for Trump’s Use. There have been ongoing questions about the ethics and legality of taking the expensive gift from a foreign nation. (The Voice)
Harvard sues the Trump administration over ban on enrolling foreign students. The university is calling it unconstitutional retaliation for defying the White House’s political demands. (AP News)
‘Leap together’– Kermit’s advice to graduating students. Students at the University of Maryland received encouraging words from Kermit the Frog, this year’s commencement speaker. (BBC)
💡Trivia Answer: B. Beverly Johnson. The first Black woman to grace the cover of Vogue magazine was Beverly Johnson in August 1974. This was a historic moment, as she became the first Black model to appear on the cover of the American edition of the magazine.
