Coffee & Flow is a gentle, slow-flow yoga experience designed to help you transition out of the busyness of your week and into a more grounded, present state all within the cozy atmosphere of Greater Grounds.

We’ll begin by arriving as we are, creating space to settle into the body and breath. From there, you’ll move through a slow, mindful flow focused on ease, softness, and connection. This is not about intensity it’s about releasing, recalibrating, and giving your nervous system a moment to catch up.

Come early, grab a coffee, and let this be part of your Sunday rhythm. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning to your mat, this experience is designed to feel approachable, supportive, and nourishing.
