2026 Hall of Game Induction Ceremony
Join the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum (NLBM) as we honor four baseball greats, Ralph Garr, Gary Matthews, Sr., Reggie Smith and Andre Thornton with induction into the Hall of Game, presented by Hy-Vee and Major League Baseball (MLB).
Established by the NLBM in 2014, the Hall of Game honors former MLB greats who competed with the same passion, determination, skill and flair exhibited by the heroes of the Negro Leagues. The Class of 2026 joins an impressive roster of past honorees that includes Roberto Clemente, Rickey Henderson, Joe Morgan, Ozzie Smith, Luis Tiant and more. Hall of Game honorees will receive permanent recognition at the new NLBM complex when it is completed.
Journalist and media personality, Rob Parker, will receive the JL Wilkinson “Innovator” Award for his creation of MLBbro.com that celebrates Black and Brown players in baseball.
