Kids who love all things circus will want to be sure to be at the Wichita Public Library on Tue., July 9, when Jeremy and Kelsey Philo bring their unique, playful circus show to town as part of the library summer reading program’s free live performances.

Audiences can choose their own circus adventure in an interactive experience that is fun for families and kids of all ages.

Every show is unique but all feature Jeremy’s juggling skills and Kelsey’s balancing, contortion and hula-hooping, all in dazzling costumes. The fundamental motivation is to inspire and empower the audience while teaching about the importance of resilience and grit.

The family-owned show is headquartered in Bixby, OK, and features 40 performers from across the country.

The Curious Circus will have two performances in Wichita on July 9. The first show will be at the Downtown Learning Library at 10:30 a.m. and the second will be at the Evergreen Branch Library at 2 p.m.

As always, all library events are open to the public and free of charge.
