Pablo Sanhueza returns to Lonnie’s Reno Club on December 17th for a unique holiday musical experience!
Pablo Sanhueza has been at the forefront of latin jazz in the American Midwest since his arrival from Chile in 1996. As the Artistic Director and Co-Founder of the Kansas City Latin Jazz Orchestra, he has established an international presence for his ensemble and other jazz artists from Chile and the United States.
Pablo continues to channel the spirit and technical precision of the iconic bandleaders and composers of latin jazz.
Sanhueza is a master artist for the Missouri Traditional Arts program and was the featured jazz presenter honoring Kansas City’s jazz heritage at the Missouri Bi-Centennial Celebrations in 2021. He has been a performer and guest artist for multiple US Department of State initiatives, served as Musical Director for Tito Puente Jr, and was a featured artist at the Charles Mingus Centennial Jazz Festival in Nogales, Arizona in April 2022.
