Board of Education case. \n\n\n\nHere’s more: \n\n\n\nAlso taking the stage will be Grammy Award-winning performance poet J. Ivy\, the recipient of a Peabody Award and an NAACP Image Award. \n\n\n\nAccording to organizers\, Crump (who published his debut novel “Worse Than a Lie” this month) will deliver a keynote echoing the gravity of what it means to honor Brown today. \n\n\n\nAs the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence approaches this summer\, Crump is expected to reflect on what it means to recommit to the country’s foundational promise of “liberty and justice for all.”
