McClain Bryant Macklin is the new Director of Policy and Strategic Initiatives at KC’s Health Forward Foundation. In this position, she is responsible for establishing the strategy for Health Forward’s policy priorities and executing a plan to fulfill those objectives through direct lobbying, grant-making, and strategic partnerships and initiatives. Previously, Bryant Macklin served as the Director of Policy for Mayor Sly James of Kansas City, Missouri. Bryant Macklin completed her MBA at Florida A & M University, and received her JD from George Washington University Law School.
