Abel Frederic, J.D., has been named executive director of development for Envision, Wichita. He will be responsible for developing and administering short- and long-range development plans to raise funds supporting Envision’s mission to improve the quality of life for the blind or visually impaired. A native Floridian, he has a bachelor’s from Ottawa University (KS) and law degree from Charlotte School of Law (NC). He was most recently senior director of development for the Kansas State University Foundation.
